Temper the spice of these sausages with the smooth creamy potato salad.

  1. Cook potato in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, for 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
  2. Spray a large frying pan with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 7 to 10 minutes or until cooked through. Cut in half lengthways.
  3. Meanwhile, combine onion, dill, mayonnaise, mustard, capers and 2 tablespoons cold water in a bowl. Add potato. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serve sausages with potato salad.
