Have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes with these tasty pork sausages served with a pumpkin and potato mash.

  1. Boil, steam, or microwave the pumpkin and potato until tender. Drain. Mash in a large bowl with butter until smooth. Season.
  2. Meanwhile, heat half the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sausages for 12 minutes or until browned. Keep warm. Steam beans over a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain and toss with remaining oil and chives.
  3. Serve the sausages with mash, beans and tomato chutney.
