Fresh tuna makes this low-carb pasta dish extra special.
- Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until al dente. Drain and return to the pan.
- Meanwhile, heat a chargrill pan or non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Spray both sides of the tuna with oil and cook for 1-2 minutes each side, or to taste. Remove and set aside.
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, tomatoes and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Break the tuna into large pieces and toss through pasta with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
