This tasty triple cheese bake gets a nutritious boost with the addition of artichoke hearts and vine-ripened tomatoes.
- Grease a 2-litre oval baking dish.
- Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente, then drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in the Dolmio 3 Cheese & Onion Pasta Bake sauce, the artichoke hearts, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of basil and half the parmesan.
- Season well with salt and pepper, then spoon into the prepared dish.
- Place breadcrumbs in a food processor with the remaining garlic, basil and parmesan, and process until combined.
- Arrange tomatoes over the pasta, then sprinkle with the crumb mixture. Drizzle with oil and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and heated through.
