Baby cos & witlof salad with lemon cream dressing

Make the most of the different varieties of witlof in this colourful salad.

Place the cos and witlof leaves in a large bowl and gently toss to combine.
Combine the sour cream, lemon rind and juice, and oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve immediately.
