This 30-minute pork taco recipe is perfectly complemented by sweet grilled peach salsa.
- Combine cumin, chilli powder, oil and garlic in a bowl. Add pork. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a chargrill pan or barbecue grill on medium-high heat. Cook peaches for 2 minutes each side or until charred. Cool for 2 minutes. Cut into 1cm pieces.
- Add pork to chargrill. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until browned and just cooked through. Transfer to a bowl. 4 Meanwhile, cook tortillas, in batches, in a medium frying pan over high heat for 20 seconds each side until heated through and starting to blister and blacken. 5 Combine peach, coriander, onion and chilli in a bowl. Fill tortillas with pork and salsa. Serve with yoghurt and lime wedges.
