Cooking Meat Caraway pork chops with peach salsa

Have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes with these juicy pork chops served with rice and peach salsa.

  1. Combine 1 tablespoon oil and caraway in bowl. Season. Rub pork with caraway mixture. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork for 4 mins each side or until just cooked through.
  2. Combine peach, chilli, onion, ginger, cucumber, mint, lime juice and remaining oil in a bowl. Season.
  3. Serve pork and rice topped with salsa.
