Have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes with these quick and easy maple, orange and black pepper glazed pork chops.

  1. Combine the maple syrup, orange juice, pepper and ginger in a jug. Season with salt. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add pork. Cook for 2 mins each side or until golden. Add maple syrup mixture. Cook, turning once, for 3 mins or until sauce thickens slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice following packet directions. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the chilli and coriander. Season.
  3. Serve pork and rice with broccolini.
