Lift the lid on your barbie to create colourful Asian-style pork kebabs that are perfect for spring entertaining or midweek dining.

  1. Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. Place pork into a ceramic dish. Combine ginger, oils, garlic, honey, soy sauce and orange juice in a jug. Whisk with a fork to combine. Pour over pork. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, if time permits.
  2. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Thread pork onto skewers. Preheat a barbecue plate on medium-high.
  3. Barbecue skewers for 8 minutes, turning and basting with marinade often, or until cooked through.
  4. Serve skewers with rice and salad.
