Honey pork and apples

Pork and apples are a match made in heaven.

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick frypan over medium-high heat. Add cutlets, cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from heat. Keep warm.
  2. Reduce heat and add butter to pan. Saut apple slices and rosemary for 4 to 5 minutes, tossing. Remove to a plate with pork chops. Stir honey and lemon juice into frypan. Cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Place chops and apples on serving plates. Spoon over lemon and honey sauce. Serve with rice and carrots.
