Radicchio & cos salad

This zesty salad is the perfect side dish for a barbecue.

Place the radicchio and cos in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the orange juice, oil, vinegar and mustard in a screw-top jar and shake until combined. Drizzle over salad. Serve with the sausage, potato & fennel roast.

1/2 cos lettuce, leaves separated, washed, dried, coarsely chopped

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp wholegrain mustard
