This simple coleslaw salad is the perfect side dish for a weekend barbecue.
- Sprinkle salt over the cucumber and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After, wash off salt, pat dry with paper towel and slice thinly.
- Mix the cucumber slices, shredded cabbage, sliced snow peas and spring onions with Praise Deli Style Coleslaw dressing, lime juice and salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
