Take just six ingredients and whip up quick pork steaks with warm cabbage and bean salad!

  1. Heat a greased chargrill or barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until browned and cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes. Cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes or until tomatoes collapse. Add cabbage. Cook, stirring for 1 to 2 minutes or until cabbage just wilts. Remove from heat. Add beans, onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Serve pork with cabbage and bean salad.
