This delicious stir-fry is bound to impress your dinner guests.
- Heat oil over a high heat and brown pork mince well. Add the Valcom Laksa paste, garlic and red chilli, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the snake beans, onion and Valcom water chestnuts to the wok and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the Squid Brand fish sauce and oyster sauce, stir through for 1 minute.
- Fold through the holy basil and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve pork in lettuce cups with steamed rice and fried egg on the side garnished with fried shallots, coriander leaves and shaved cucumber.
