- Combine garlic, hoisin, wine, soy sauce, sugar and five spice in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add pork. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, if time permits. Drain pork, reserving marinade.
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add half the oil. Swirl to coat. Stir-fry pork, in batches, for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
- Heat remaining oil in wok. Swirl to coat. Add broccolini, onion, capsicum and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until broccolini is bright green and tender. Return pork and juices to wok. Add reserved marinade and noodles. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until marinade boils. Serve.
