For melt-in-the-mouth ribs, slow cook them in the oven before grilling them on the barbecue for that delicious smoky flavour.
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper
- Combine Cajun seasoning paprika in a bowl
- Sprinkle mixture over pork ribs. Place ribs on trays
- Cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Set aside to cool slightly
- Combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce and smoked paprika in a bowl
- Brush half the mixture over ribs. Preheat a chargrill or barbecue grill on medium-high
- Cook for 3 minutes each side or until lightly charred. Serve with remaining sauce
