Get ready to get your fingers sticky with these slow cooker pork ribs basted in sweet, spicy marinade.
- Cut ribs to fit into a 5.5L (22 cup) slow cooker. Place ribs, Massel Liquid Stock Beef Style, bay leaves and smashed garlic in cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours 40 minutes.
- Using tongs, transfer ribs to a shallow dish and cover to keep warm. Combine 1/2 cup cooking liquid with marmalade, mustard, crushed garlic and oil in a jug. Pour over ribs and gently toss to coat. Season.
- Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on medium-high. Cook ribs, turning occasionally and brushing with glaze, for 5-10 minutes or until lightly charred and sticky.
- Serve ribs with jacket potatoes, sour cream and rocket, if desired.
