Cooking Vegetarian Pizza

Detailed step-by-step description of how to cook the dish "Pizza". Try it by all means

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Whisk yeast, water and sugar together. Set aside for 10 mins. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Stir yeast mixture into flour and mix well.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 mins. Place into a large greased bowl. Cover and leave in a warm place for 45 mins. Punch down dough and knead until smooth.
  3. Divide in half. Roll out each portion on a lightly floured surface into a circle 28cm in diameter. Place each onto a pizza tray.
  4. Spread bases with pizza sauce. Top with artichokes, capsicum, prosciutto and olives. Bake for 18-20 mins. Arrange bocconcini on top. Cook for 2 mins. Serve topped with rocket.
