Cooking Vegetarian Cos with garlic mayonnaise

Crunchy cos lettuce tastes even better with a good dollop of garlic mayonnaise.

  1. Remove and discard outer lettuce leaves. Wash and dry the lettuce and place in a clip-lock jar.
  2. For the garlic mayonnaise, combine remaining ingredients, season, then pour into a small clip-lock jar.
  3. To serve, dip cos leaves into the mayonnaise.
