Crunchy cos lettuce tastes even better with a good dollop of garlic mayonnaise.
- Remove and discard outer lettuce leaves. Wash and dry the lettuce and place in a clip-lock jar.
- For the garlic mayonnaise, combine remaining ingredients, season, then pour into a small clip-lock jar.
- To serve, dip cos leaves into the mayonnaise.
