Heres an interesting breakfast idea - these caramelised apples and Camembert cheese bagels are the perfect start to the day!

  1. Melt butter in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Add apples. Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in craisins. Remove from heat.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat grill on high. Grill cut side of bagels for 2 minutes or until browned. Top with cheese. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Top bagels with apple mixture. Serve with rocket leaves. Serve.
