These Thai beef salad wraps make a quick and easy lunchbox treat.

  1. Combine coriander, mint and bean sprouts in a bowl. Combine sweet chilli sauce and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Place wraps on a flat surface. Divide cucumber, lettuce, roast beef, herb mixture and onion between wraps. Drizzle with sauce mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll up wraps tightly to enclose filling. Serve, or pack and refrigerate until required.
