These Thai beef salad wraps make a quick and easy lunchbox treat.
- Combine coriander, mint and bean sprouts in a bowl. Combine sweet chilli sauce and lime juice in a bowl.
- Place wraps on a flat surface. Divide cucumber, lettuce, roast beef, herb mixture and onion between wraps. Drizzle with sauce mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up wraps tightly to enclose filling. Serve, or pack and refrigerate until required.
