Watermelon & feta salad with ouzo dressing

Watermelon and feta make a delicious salad combination. Dress it with our feisty ouzo dressing for an extra flavour hit.

To make the ouzo dressing, whisk together the vinegar, oil and ouzo in a medium jug. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange watermelon, mint, onion and feta on serving plates. Drizzle with ouzo dressing and serve immediately.

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil
