The rice wine, soy sauce and brown sugar dressing tastes great and makes this easy salad delicious and refreshing.

  1. Cook the sesame seeds in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes or until toasted. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, use a vegetable peeler to thinly slice the cucumber lengthways into ribbons. Transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add the radish and snow pea sprouts to the cucumber and toss until just combined. Whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and oil in a small jug.
  4. Transfer the salad to a large serving platter and drizzle over the brown sugar dressing. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds to serve.
