Cooking Coctails Whisky Cooler

This zesty Whisky Cooler is a fantastic start to a cocktail party.

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Cut lime in half, then squeeze the juice over ice, dropping the lime wedges in the glass as garnish.
  3. Add in 30ml Johnnie Walker scotch whisky.
  4. Top with apple & raspberry juice and stir.
  5. Garnish with fresh raspberry, lime wedge and apple slice.
