Frozen chai tea is a refreshing drink when the weather gets warmer.
- Combine milk, sugar and 1 1/2 cups cold water in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients to pan. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat. Stand for 10 minutes. Strain into a jug.
- Pour mixture into a 3cm deep, 16cm x 26cm slice pan. Cover and freeze for 2 hours. Using a fork, mash to break up ice crystals. Cover. Freeze overnight or until firm. Serve.
