Sultana sushi

Cooking Child Sultana sushi

Make fruity cream cheese rolls and slice them crossways for a fun twist on sushi.

  1. Spread 1 piece of Mountain Bread evenly with 1/3 cup cream cheese, then sprinkle over 1/3 cup sultanas. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Cut into sushi-sized pieces.
