Cooking Child Vegie nachos wrap

Packed full of vegetables this delicious vegie nachos wrap is sure to put a smile everyones face.

  1. Spread wraps with refried beans. Combine tomato, onion and coriander in a bowl. Divide among wraps. Sprinkle with cheddar. Top with dip and a little sauce. Roll up to enclose.
  2. Preheat a sandwich press and toast each wrap for 3-4 mins or until golden (alternatively, toast in a non-stick frying pan, sprayed with cooking oil, over medium heat for 2-3 mins each side). Serve with remaining sauce.
