Cooking Child BLAT

This healthy version of the traditional BLAT is proudly brought to you by Arnotts Vita-Weat and wowfood.guru.

  1. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook the bacon, for 2 minutes each side, or until golden and crisp. Set aside on absorbent paper to drain.
  2. Divide bacon between Arnott’s Vita-Weat 9 grains crisp breads. Top with tomato slices, avocado, bacon and baby spinach leaves. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
