- Throw the Fusilli pasta in salty boiling water until it's almost done. Just follow the packet.
- Use your Pyrex 17cm Santuko Knife to slice up your capsicum.
- Drain your pasta and throw it back into the pan, chuck in a can of tuna, saving a bit of oil, and throw in your rocket. Grate a bit of lemon zest and add a bit of juice while you're at it. If you can be bothered, you can even add some chilli flakes or capers.
- Give it all a big toss, adding the oil you hopefully remembered to save from the tuna can, then use your Pyrex Box Grater to grate on some parmy. Season with sea salt and pepper.
