A warm barbecued ham toastie with sauteed peaches, served with a crisp, fresh salad.
- Melt butter and sugar together in a frying pan on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add peaches and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 mins until the peaches are soft and lightly browned.
- Chargrill or barbecue ham for 2 mins each side until warmed through. Lay lettuce leaves on 4 slices toast. Top each with ham and peaches and another slice of toast. Serve toasties with a side salad, if desired.
