Cooking Meat Hot chilli soba

Serve this spicy salad with pan-fried salmon or pork cutlets.

  1. Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
  2. Place cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, sprouts and noodles in a large bowl. Combine chilli sauce and lime juice in a bowl. Add to noodle mixture. Season with salt. Toss to combine. Serve.
