Spicy stir-fried pork

Pork medallions taste terrific in this 25 minute stir-fry!

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry pork for 3 to 4 minutes or until almost cooked. Add garlic, asparagus, beans and snow peas. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add oyster sauce, chilli sauce and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add noodles. Toss to combine. Serve.
