Make a splash with your next childrens party by creating these tempting sticky pork ribs.
- Combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, sugar and garlic in a small bowl. Place ribs in a large, shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add sauce mixture. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight, if time permits.
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place ribs in a greased baking dish, reserving any remaining marinade. Bake for 1 hour, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking, or until glazed and cooked through.
- Cut ribs into pieces. Serve.
