The whole family will love these easy, sweet and sticky pork ribs.

  1. Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan-forced. Place pork ribs on a rack in a large roasting pan and brush with honey marinade. Roast for 45 mins, brushing with marinade regularly and turning every 15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, heat rice in microwave according to packet directions. Serve ribs with rice, salad and lemon wedges.
