Create an authentic Asian meal in under half an hour with this simple pork cutlet recipe.
- Place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 10 minutes or until noodles are soft. Drain.
- Meanwhile, combine sesame oil, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sugar, half the sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of rice wine in a small bowl. Set aside. Combine char siu sauce and remaining rice wine in a ceramic dish. Add pork cutlets and turn to coat.
- Drain noodles. Stir through beansprouts, capsicum, onions and soy sauce mixture.
- Lightly grease a barbecue plate or chargrill. Heat over high heat. Cook pork for 5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove to a plate. Cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Serve pork with rice noodle salad, topped with remaining sesame seeds.
