Cooking Meat Sesame ginger noodles with pork & broccolini

One magic marinade is all you need to give an authentic Asian flavour to shelf-fresh noodles and tender-crisp broccolini.

  1. Prepare the noodles following packet directions.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
  3. Add the broccolini to the pan and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp. Add the noodles, sauce and water and cook, tossing, for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Thickly slice the pork. Divide noodle mixture among serving dishes. Top with pork and pan juices and serve.
