For a quick, 30-minute meal try this tasty honey mustard chicken and vegetables with rice.
- Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the leek, stirring, for 3-4 mins or until softened. Add the chicken and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until the chicken is browned.
