Dress pork cutlets in honey mustard sauce for a quick and easy family dinner that will have everyone rushing to the table.

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork for 4 minutes each side or until just cooked through. Set aside. Cover to keep warm.
  2. Heat remaining oil in pan over medium- high heat. Add mushroom, onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden and tender. Add stock. Simmer, covered, for 3 minutes or until onion is just tender.
  3. Add peas, mustard, cream and honey to pan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Bring to boil. Boil for 1 minute or until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in juice.
  4. Serve cutlets with vegetables, mashed potato and lemon wedges.
