Pork meatballs are perfect party food fare - theres a mouthful of flavour in every bite!

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook onion and chorizo for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until onion has softened. Cool for 2 minutes.
  2. Combine mince, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, parsley and chorizo mixture in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on a plate.
  3. Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs, turning, for 5 to 7 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Serve with dip.
