Good nutrition is important for growing babies, so fill your little one up with these homemade meatballs.
- Place the mince, onion, zucchini, carrot and soy sauce in a bowl. Use your hands to combine. Divide the mixture into 12 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and place on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Lightly spray with oil spray. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm.
