Fast pork fried rice

The only thing that needs chopping in this fried rice is the onion. It doesn't get much easier than that!

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add mince. Cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 4 minutes or until browned. Add stir-fry sauce and sugar. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until mince is caramelised.
  2. Add vegetables. Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds. Add the extra stir-fry sauce and 3/4 cup water. Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds or until sauce starts to thicken.
  3. Add rice to pan. Toss to coat in sauce. Cook, tossing, until rice is heated through. Serve topped with green onion.
