These sticky pork ribs will have you licking your fingers.
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Combine plum sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a jug. Place ribs in a large baking dish. Pour over sauce mixture. Turn to coat.
- Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, turning and basting every 30 minutes, or until ribs are browned and tender. Serve.
