Crunchy cos and dill salad

Cooking Vegetarian Crunchy cos and dill salad

Fresh dill sprigs add a depth of flavour and dimension to an otherwise simple side salad.

  1. Roughly shred lettuce into 2cm-thick strips. Place in a large serving bowl with dill. Toss to combine.
  2. Top salad with onion. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
