- Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add frozen corn. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until corn is charred and just tender. Add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add the cream. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until cream is heated through. Remove from heat. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and paprika. Serve.
