Sriracha almonds

Cooking Vegetarian Sriracha almonds

A spicy, gluten-free snack that would pair with an ice cold beer or even brighten up your packed lunch for work.

  1. Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place almonds on prepared tray. Drizzle over sriracha and tamari and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, or until nuts are dry.
  3. Cool on tray before storing in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
