These tender butter-braised brussel sprouts are bursting with flavour.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the brussels sprouts, water and butter and season with salt. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 8 mins or until the brussels sprouts are crisp-tender and the water has evaporated.
- Continue cooking for about 6 mins or until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, but not mushy.
