Cooking Vegetarian Roast brussels sprouts with apples and red onion

Roasting brussels sprouts gives amazing caramelisation and flavour.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with foil. Place brussels sprouts, apple and onion on prepared tray. Drizzle with oil and season well. Toss to combine.
  2. Roast for 25 minutes, stirring once, or until brussels sprouts are golden. Sprinkle with almond.
