Cooking Vegetarian Cumin and garlic spinach

Spinach is a power vegetable as it is packed with healthy nutrients. Try it tonight in this spicy side dish.

  1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until aromatic.
  2. Add the spinach and cook, tossing occasionally, for 8 minutes or until spinach wilts. Remove from heat.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with the lamb tikka with naan & tzatziki.
