Turn your veggies into tasty toppings with this delicious zucchini, tomato and bocconcini pizza.

  1. Preheat oven to 240C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  2. Place the pizza bases on the lined trays. Spread evenly with pasta sauce. Top with bocconcini, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and olives.
  3. Bake for 10 mins or until bocconcini melts and pizza is heated through. Top with dollops of pesto and sprinkle with basil leaves.
