Creamy potato mash

Cooking Vegetarian Creamy potato mash

Theres no need to go out for a fancy side - dress up this humble spud and make a restaurant-quality meal!

  1. Place potato in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Boil for 12 to 15 minutes or until potato is very tender. Drain.
  2. Using the back of a wooden spoon, push potato through a fine sieve over a heatproof bowl. Add butter and milk. Stir to combine. Serve topped with extra butter and seasoned with salt and pepper.
